Rambow SEO, its affiliates, and any third-party service providers involved in delivering text messages are not liable for any delays, failures to deliver, or errors in the content of any SMS messages.
Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither Rambow SEO nor any mobile carrier shall be liable for any damages arising from or related to text messaging, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Consent Not Required for Purchase
Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Rambow SEO. You may choose not to opt in to our SMS program and still engage our services.

8. Quotes and Payments
Proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Work begins after written acceptance and receipt of any required deposit. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
9. No Warranty
The Site, its content, and all services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rambow SEO LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or participation in our SMS messaging program, regardless of the theory of liability.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rambow SEO LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any applicable law.
12. Termination

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
