Program Description
Our text messages are informational only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. If you opt in, Rambow SEO may text you about your inquiry and your account, including:
- Client updates about your SEO or marketing services
- Appointment follow-ups, such as confirmations and reminders for scheduled calls or meetings
- Project follow-ups, such as status updates and requests for information we need to complete your work
- Replies to your inquiries
Consent Not Required for Purchase
The SMS consent checkbox is optional and never pre-checked. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Rambow SEO. You may choose not to opt in and still engage our services.

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your text messaging and data plan. Rambow SEO is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further text messages unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not affect any other communications (such as email) or any services you have contracted with us.

8. Quotes and Payments
Proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Work begins after written acceptance and receipt of any required deposit. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
9. No Warranty
The Site, its content, and all services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rambow SEO LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or participation in our SMS messaging program, regardless of the theory of liability.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rambow SEO LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the following provisions survive: intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
